www.CommieCars.com was founded and dedicated to fulfill car dreams you never thought could be realized here in the USA.  American vintage autos and muscle cars are fantastic and naturally dominate the landscape, but we got to thinking what about those unique specimens beyond our borders, beyond western Europe, just on the other side of the long since broken, now corroded, and generally forgotten IRON CURTAIN.  As founder, my personal dream was to one day have a Zastava 1300 to enjoy and showcase here in the Midwest.  But, then, I got to thinking there must be more people like me who enjoy the memories and the nostalgia only a car from the distant past can provide.  So, I proceeded to bring over several different representative models from the former Yugoslavia and one from Poland's own FSO to prove that identifying, restoring, and importing these treasures is not only possible, but practical & affordable.  The plan is to expand the club and bring over more Yugoslav Zastavas, Czech Skodas, East German Wartburgs, Polish FSOs & FSCs especially the Zuk, Ukrainian ZAZ, and even Russian Ladas.  Contact us now to make your particular car dream come true real soon!
